The spray arm may be broken, check that it is able to turn properly. Also check the tube or pipe that feeds the spray arm for damage. If nothing is damaged, the circulation motor could be faulty or jammed, best to call us.

Dishwasher is noisy
Moveable parts might have become loose or broken, such as cutlery baskets, spray arms, baskets, runners & rollers.

Objects may be jammed or trapped in the drain or circulation pumps. Retrieve the items, and if it’s still noisy after this, it could be a faulty pump or circulation motor & you might want to call us.

Dishwasher won’t drain
Plumbing outside of the dishwasher could be blocked or an object may be trapped in the drain or circulation pump. Check connections for blockages, and if it still isn’t draining, it could be a faulty drain pump or circulation motor & again best to call us.
