We will make every effort to repair your waste disposal unit during our first visit but if we can’t, or if there are specific parts we need to order from the manufacturer, they will be ordered that day. When we get the parts we will call you to make a second appointment to come and repair your waste disposal unit.

If it turns out that it would be cheaper to replace your waste disposal unit than repair it we will discuss this with you provide a confirmed price. We can usually install a like-for-like replacement or we might suggest an alternative.
